When appropriate, I provide thoughtful medication management that is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. My goal is to optimize your mental health while ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and in control of your treatment plan. Medication is never the only answer—but it can be an essential part of restoring balance and improving daily functioning.

Psychotherapy

I offer supportive psychotherapy that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and receive compassionate guidance. This approach focuses on validation, emotional support, and practical strategies to help you navigate difficult situations and strengthen your overall resilience.

Financial Information

Initial evaluation (60 min): $300
Standard follow up (30 min): $150 
Extended follow up (60 min): $250

 

These are self-pay rates.

I accept most major insurance plans. Costs are determined by your specific health plan if you choose to use insurance.
